Create a menu with us for your wedding or let our chef guide you with her experience for a truly delicious menu with balanced courses and an array of flavors. Our wedding cakes are elegant and beautiful to look at and they also taste great. We only use fresh ingredients and never use mixes. Flavors range from simple orange pound cake with grand marnier butter cream and white confection to chocolate raspberry truffle cake with dark chocolate butter cream frosting. Another favorite is our rich Tahitian vanilla cake with mango mousse and fresh raspberries. Our baker can work with you on what ever flavors you desire.

Our floral designs are extravagant and we go all out with flowers. We suggest the use of island flowers such as orchids, tuberose, lilies, hydrangea, stephanotis, and various island tropicals. Gardenias in season are divine. Roses are heavenly and a traditional wedding flower. We can work with the flowers you have in mind but suggest seasonal flowers. White flowers are traditional, pale toned flowers are elegant, bright flowers lend a tropical feeling are lively and festive and photograph well.
